The Pork Iron Brew Banger:

Love it :D The old deep fried Mars bar was getting a little long in the tooth.

Personally prefer the (Red Dwarf) Double Fried Egg, Cheese & Chilli Chutney sandwich.

Any other recipies out there?

Re: Scottish cuisine

Scottish Cuisine is wonderful, and adapts and embraces other cultures.

For example, Itallian with the deep-fried pizza, American with the deep-fried burger and so on......

Basically, take some other countries food, batter it, deep-fry it and call it their own.

Fact of the day - Irn Bru was invented/formulated to remove the coating of grease on yout tongue after a fish-supper....

Am I correct in understanding "supper" to mean "and chips"?

Best line from The Last King of Scotland. "If we had monkeys in Scotland, we'd probably deep fry them."

You have obviously not been buying them from the right places then.

Probably cooked in vegetable oil - Beef Dripping is where its at for chips......

Mmmmmmmm, to be honest, I'd kill for a chippie in London to do a King Rib Supper.

Oh yeah!!!

For those that dont know their Scottish Cuisine, the King Rib is the same as what MacDonalds call a McRib, only without the bun, battered and deep-fried (see I told you).

Yum!!!
