hovis & zombie jesus do FIRST track day

meet zombie in cardiff for 8.30 then got to llandow for 9am, sign on hand over 90 notes then ½ hour breifing.
split in to 3 groups

novice, intermedate & expert, so we were in the novice group.

we were told we would have 15 mins on the track, then come in for the next group.

so.... the first sessoin was a no overtaking one, got back in a bit dissapointed, as it was a bit slow. but we had another 4 sessions b4 dinner which overtaking was allowed:D great i loved it

after dinner we were advised to move up to the intermediates, which we did:cool: which i found i could just about keep up but did not have the power to overtake:mad: so after 2 sessions i droped back down to the novice (zombie did'nt)

the track was ace although i struggled to overtake on the streights, so i had to do it in the bends [-X which included a R1 fireblade triumph daytona :p

did not get my knee down.............. toe but not knee
http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k2...cp_0001hgh.jpg this was done on the 1st 2 sessions :(

there was a professanal photograher there so piccys to follow

it was organised by P.R.I.D.E. motorcycle training so was £10 more than normal but the guy running it would advise you & you could go out with a radio on & he would talk you through it.

The only thing that photo proves is that you forgot to take a packed lunch and decided to eat you boot.

On a more serious note, that toe slider seems to have died rather quickly....was it made of cheese? You have destroyed the sole as well....methinks hovis is after an excuse for some new yellow boots :)

it would probably be better to treat the cause rather than the symptoms
