Silver Curvy LH Parts required + Front Wheel

I have recently had a low speed front washout and damaged some bits on the left side! I require the following parts - can anyone help? :( :crutches:

Speed Sensor (The Hall Effect is no longer effecting!) :???:
Left Front Indicator
Left Rear Indicator
Left Pillion Hanger and Footrest
Left Front footrest
Left Mirror
Left Silver Fairing
Front Wheel? - Somehow the rim made contact with the tarmac and got a little chewed up.
