Good Lord...!
...Just fitted my Fuel SS oval can today - what a noise!!
Delivery was really good, instructions were great (along with this forum!), hardest bit was cutting through the old pipe. Fitted great, used a little bit of sealant as instructed, waited a bit, then fired her up... OMG!! Nice deep sound, really boomy - or so I thought - then I took the baffle out - and its staying out!!! - Cant wait to go for a ride later!! Can't believe how big and heavy the original one is when compared to the Fuel can - looks soooo much better too. Thanks for all who gave me help and advice over the past few weeks - and if anyone is thinking about it....DO IT!!! Hopefully put some pics on later...if I can work out how to do it...lol Cheers, Billy. |
Re: Good Lord...!
I just fitted a titanium Remus GP revolution to my naked k6 and like you coudn't believe the comparative weight of the stock can. Couldn't agree more, it's well worth the effort :)
