Sending email/forms in Access 2003

Anyone know if it is possible (and if so how) to send a form in Access 2003 via email to someone who isnt using access (i.e. in html, pdf format)? Ideally it needs to be sent to multiple recipients (always the same people).

umm, it's a question on behalf of my boss but not really as an image.
