Request for any AR person?
 

I just knackered a mantle on my gas light while making sure it works. Well, it did, until I knackered it. I do have a spare but I'm a clumsy tool so more spares would be good, and I won't have a chance to get any before, so if anyone is going to be hitting a camping shop it'd be much appreciated if you could grab me a couple

It's for a Coleman F1 Lite, the teeny one, so any Camping Gaz or Coleman Small Mantle will fit- these are the ones just about every camping shop carries since they fit the typical Camping Gaz lights. They used to come in packs of three, but I think maybe they come in singles these days. Shouldn't cost you more than about a fiver and I'll naturally pay you back on the day...

I bought a Camping Gaz light a couple of years ago, used it on one camp and then couldn't be bothered to cart it around - too bulky. LED headlight works fine in a portaloo after dark. Cook before it gets dark, then, I'm in the pub! ;-)

This un's TINY, not much bgger than a D-cell battery. I've got a regular camping gaz one somewhere and that is too big and delicate to be worth dragging about, but I'm loving this one. The real bonus gas has is the heat- come back to a cold tent when you're wet and that's a total gift.

I've got other lights, torches and LEDs and suchlike, but I like the gas.
