Wanted to borrow - ABBA Stand in Hull area
 

Would anybody be so kind as to lend me their ABBA stand with fittings for a curvy SV650S for a few hours. I need to borrow it to change the dog bones on my wifes SV.

I am in the Hull area and will be about on the weekend of the 13/14/15th July.

if you fail to find an abba stand you can use a strong set of step ladders placed as if sitting pillion over the back of the bike and tie a rope around the subframe onto the ladder and suspend the weight that way (I know cos i used this method when changing out my shocker)

I can see the health & saftey police having a heart attack with that one :roll:

No worries now as I have done the job. After much research on here I used the axle stands under the footrest trick - solid as a rock.
