Concert for Diana

I watched nearly all of this. Terrific stuff. Faves were Rod Stewart, and Sarah Brightman:love:

I like William and Harry, two fine young men. Just as well they take after their mother. I wonder if they were viewing at Clarence House, it would have made an uncomfortable evening:D

Why the Charles bashing? I like him and the Duke of Edinburgh....there straight talking is quite refreshing. I will say now that im not a monarchist. Charles has always stood up for what he believes in countryside/political issues and does plenty for charity.

Whilst i appreciate Diana did some good stuff, i think they way she is 'sainted' ridiculous. She was certainly not without her foibles....but everyone views her through rose tinted spectacles.

So well done to William/Harry for raising money for charity....but i dont see the need to tag Diana's name along with it....they were complaining about a C4 documentary not so long ago....let sleeping dogs lies eh.

I turned it on for 20 mins while I had my tea, but all I saw was Status Quo ruin one of their own songs and the rest was just waffle and filler.
