The Verve, a rant about tickets

Now excuse me a moment whilst I rant.

*Insert expletive of choice*

Found out a while ago that The Verve have reformed, cool oh they are touring, aceness never got to see them live, my 2nd favourite band after The Roses.

Signed up so I was eligable for advance ticket sales, website crashes, and then when its back up and then tickets are sold out.

OK me thinks, I'll try again today, when the rest go on sale, 9:00 on website, click book tickets, sold out...

Tickets are now selling on ebay for £100 F*ckers, it really narks me off, for people to buy tickets and then ebay them straight away. They're obviously not fans and are only doing it to make some cash.

Its really annoying I can't justify £100 on tickets, I can't afford it... :shaking:

in my experience when bands announce tours, reforming, whatever, the tickets go for ludicrous money straight after they've gone on sale and sold out. my advice to you would be to look again in a few weeks, maybe a month or two (if there's time). my bet would be they'll come down dramatically

good luck

ps i've just got tickets to see the editors in october! hurrah
