Shark S800 parts

My girlfriend has a new S800 butterfly lid but the retaining clip (circle) for the tinted outer visor has dropped of from the right hand side and been lost, along with the button from the same side to remove the visor.

Any ideas where I can get replacements or can I go back to J&S and get them to get them as it's nearly new?

Tried e-mailing Shark, but they ain't based in England and I've had no reply!

Not 100% sure on this, but if S600 and S800 bits are interchangeable you're welcome to salvage bits from my S600 that will be getting changed shortly. Pretty sure S800 and S650 bits are the same, not sure about the S600 tho.
