I Need A Winge!
 

Sitting here tonight, my feet are killing me, my hands hurt, my back aches and I'm totally knackered. Why? Basically, because I've just had a holiday, and I'm now putting in 10 hour days trying to catch up with customer orders that nobody did while I was away.:smt013

Don't get me wrong, I love my job, and these cases are for a customer I generally have sole responsibilty for, but 30 of them are fairly simple and anyone else at work could have done them easily, just leaving the big, really complicated ones for me to do. As it stands at the moment, I'll be doing 10 hour days for at least the next week, if not longer.:(

I guess the extra pay will be nice, but I'll be too tired to enjoy spending it:-?

at least you get paid for it hun.
My boss forgets i'm not a partner in the business and some days expects me to stay and i sure as hell dont get paid for it.

I can never go on holiday as such - I call it time-shifting. I have to work like hell before I go to make sure everything is up to date, and work like hell when I get back to catch up.

im not going on holiday at all this year. i guess you can be happy in the knowledge you had a break and poor poor keithy aint goin' anywhere this year!

i know that doesn't help at all, so the above message was a waste of time...much like any other post by yours truly..
