Wouldnt pay more the £1000 Gb for it, how much damage has the 6 drops done, the frame OK?

Suppose comparing markets is a little tricky really as different markets tend to have wildly different prices for things, but as runt says, even with the strong pound/weak dollar at the moment £1500 sounds like a lot for that (especially as a year or so ago, the exchange rate would have made that closer to £1750).

The mileage is on the high side and the drops are a worry. I suppose most bikes have been dropped, but without knowledge of how they've been dropped (ie. knocked off sidestand? low speed tumble?) you'd want to know that it's straight.

EDIT: Oh, and no worries about converting the miles (though it's 1.609 kilometres to a mile if you're interested), we still run miles over here too, it's just everyone else that uses kilometres :D Although petrol/gas is sold in litres, yet fuel efficiency is measured in miles per gallon :D It's a bit messed up to be honest :D

EDIT 2: Further conversions:
kilometre = kilometer
litre = liter :D

Far too dear for over here.I wouldnt pay more than £500 for a damaged 7 year old bike with over 60000 miles on it.In fact I wouldnt buy it at all.I thought bike were cheap over there?

Doesn't sound a good deal - far from it. Could be worse though, it could be yellow :p
