Brother is changing bike and his is up for sale, just about all the stuff I'd do to one if it was mine has been done and well, genuine bike (I know the history), anyway here's what he sent me.
The Zed is going to go. I’m no mad dash but the Zed is up for sale if anyone’s interested. The details 2005, 05 plate (Reg 12/3/05) Tax until May 08 Showing 15,000 miles but over 10,000 done with 10% gearing change so only really done around 14K. Datatool system 3 alarm New chain (waiting to go on) Crash protectors Well maintained (by me. Got most of the receipts service work) Fully suspension and brake upgrade that includes: Fully adjustable 636 rear shock (7000 miles total) Fully adjustable 636 front forks (6000 miles total) Pair of 4 pad Radial callipers from 636. All wheels spacers and hoses. Power Bronze 636 vented carbon front mudguard. Z1000 fitted engine protectors Z1000 radiator cover (Stainless) Scottolier Pair of Lazer (road legal) exhausts (dual stacked) Rear tail tidy and micro indicators I want £4000 for it as is. Fro this I will also throw in the original forks, brakes and cans. I assume this is the same brother that's looking at the Hypermotard? I like the Z1000 it's a nice bike. It looks great. I have ridden one of these and It’s good that he’s got the suspension sorted. It’s the biggest area that Kawasaki cut cost on.
It amazes me how much bike you get for your money now days. I must admit that as a pure toy, I would rather go for a Tuono but for practicality and value, a sorted Z1000 would be a better bet. T |
