Senior Moment
 

Hi All.

I did something really stupid that should give you all a laugh. Lozzo from this forum very kindly sent me a remote for a System 3 alarm that was no longer needed.

Feeling confident I attempted to program the alarm system to accept the new remote. I followed the instructions very carefully but I forgot one important thing. My engine is currently in bits and when I got to the part that says now turn the ignition on I forgot the fuel pipe wasn't connected to anything. All of a sudden petrol was spraying everywhere, how stupid do I feel! :smt119

Well at least you weren't smoking at the time or it would be GREAT BALLS OF FIRE:D
