Offset Woodruff key to advance ignition by 4°

Has anybody fitted one to a pointy SV650S K3 before and if so, What's the verdict?
Is is worth it?
Since I'm at the stage of pulling off the Rotor I might as well fit one of the JHS woodruff keys.....

Cheers for your valued comments.

I've done it to my curvy. Seemed pretty decent to me at the time, though there's a fair amount of evidence against that. Race tuners tend to speak against it, because the advantage that I felt was mainly right down low in the revs, where it's not too valuable for a race bike. It's fairly involved fitment, but not brain surgery. I plan to take mine out at some point though, since there's pretty compelling arguments that in a tuned bike it stops being benificial...
