Driving test...need new theory first?
Hi all, finally getting round to do my car test for CV/handiness reasons rather later than most. Had my bike licence for 5 years so I've never needed to drive and haven't bothered up to now.
Just wanted to check because the dvla/government websites are so confusing and this is a question i don't imagine happens too often. Will I need to sit a new theory test prior to the practical if I already did one for the bike? I'm guessing the answer will be yes, any excuse for a bit more stealth taxing but there we go, just wanted to check. Cheers, Duncan. |
Re: Driving test...need new theory first?
Yes you will have to do a new theory test.
I had to do the same but the other way round (car first, bike 2nd). |

Re: Driving test...need new theory first?
Yeah I had a sneaking suspicion, questions like tread depth, hazard lights etc. But thanks for confirming for me :thumright:
EDIT: This thread may now be allowed to die, hehe |
