how much in degrees is 2,5 turn?
 
Hi!
I'm cleaning the carbs, and now i'm a bit confuced!
when doing the Pilot screv setting....
How much in degrees is 2,5 turn?
is it 2,5x180* or 2,5x360* ?
My carbs was realy "off" and not the least equal when it came to this setting!
they still is om the bench waitng....

1 whole turn is360,so 2.5*360=900 degrees ;)

the ones om my bike was (front) 4,0 turns (rear) 3,0 turns :confused: :confused:
not runing nice at all at low speed.
Now there both back at 2,5 and soon to see how that will turn out!

Surely 2 and half turns would be 5 pi radians:D

Everything is relative. Hold the pilotscrew in place and turn the entire universe about it's axis.

Nah mate, don't be ridiculous! You only have to turn the bike around if you hold the pilotscrew in place! It might end up upside down though :shock: Like how you adjust the chain on your push bike - least you wouldn't need paddock stands then.

This is silly, if you just turn the bike it will leak petrol when upside down.
Its much less messy to turn the universe

...maybe all the engines that use full turns of the screws are used in the northern hemisphere, those with half turns in the southern hemisphere?
