Sorry if this has already been done i have searched the forum and i think now i am ready to upgrade the forks and was just wanting to make sure i was right. I have a 99 Curvy done 35K and was wanting to upgrade to ohlins springs so if i am right do i just need:

10 weight Ohlins Fork fluid
Ohlins fork springs
Dust seals ( mine are perished)
Oil seals

and to follow the instructions from

I was planning to get the springs and oil from demon tweeks and the seals from a local suzuki dealer.

Is this correct? Or is there a better option.

Yes and no.

Yes, you'll need the springs and a litre, (not a liter), of fork oil of the chosen viscosity.
No, you don't need to replace the seals, (unless they're leaking of course).

Fitting a new dust shroud only requires the fork to be removed to slide the shroud over the end.
The forks don't need to be dismantled to fit springs - it's exactly the same as replacing the fork oil, only you put the new springs in when you've refilled the forks with oil.

Have a look at this thread before purchasing from Demon Tweeks. There are plenty of suppliers for Ohlins springs out there.

I would consider 15 weight of fork oil.
What spring rate will your springs have?
If your seals do not leak any oil you will not need to replace them...

Whilst playing with the forks you may find this of benefit, although you've got no (unless it's a K2>) adjustment outside, you can easily measure and adjust the spacers in the forks to setup static sag.
