help! driving test thingy

my girlfriend has just booked her theory test for her car license and cant find the paper part of her license (not old paper style the new type of license). I've looked all over the web and can't find anything about it and to get a replacement is stupid because it costs 22 quid plus when she passes the practical they send a new one anyway!

can she still do her theory without it or not?

plz tell me quick as I'm in the danger zone:( (at her house)

Wouldnt be something to do with one of these :safe: by any chance, would it? ... no, on second thoughts I would rather not know. Why is it, that blokes think they should get a reward  for being helpful? You dont hear women asking for 'rewards' do you ?
