just had a guy at the door trying to sell my a policy he gave me the above website but it does not work

anywho, the deal sounds quite good, £140 a day if you are off work £1000 if your in hospital

no contract to sign, no limit on how many times you can claim.

That's the CICA isn't it?

I took out a policy with them quite a number of years ago, hospital plan i think? Then they were back within 6 months to convince me i needed sickness cover too. And then life cover.... how about our accident plan?.... Critial illness cover sir??

They actually sold me a policy that co-incided with another of their own policies. I'm pretty sure i can only claim from one at a time!!!!
I've only just managed (i think), to free myself from them. Every time it was a more persuasive salesman than the last, with more of 'the patter'.

My feelings these days are "If i want something like this i will find out about it, as and when i need to, and choose a company myself. Until then, please don't darken my door." :smt021

Yep - in case you inadvertently drive your tractor through the wrong haystack ;)
