Horray, I am off this weekend, including bank holiday Monday.

Does anyone know what the weather forecast is ????????????????

I am very tempted to do the A68 up and over the border into Scotland (oh the joys of the thought of going back HOME), stop off at Jedburgh or somewhere for a brew up & nosebag, then back, maybe head over towards Dumfries and back via Hartside.

May come on this now as the north of Scotland is forecast rain. I'm staying up in Hawick tonight so possibly up for some borders/kielder type action tomorrow/Sunday.

oh dear I am helping a friend celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary on a train.

It is a restored DMU on a private line that happens to have 6 pubs along the length of the track.

Down there Saturday, return monday with hang over

Oh dear, I've just spent my gogo juice money today... But had 300 milles of FUN...Set off at 07:30 and got in at 3:30...
Hartside Via Newcastle and then loads of other places... Ace weather, Ace day out....
