Cheap(er) Tyres?
I've just been to my local shop to enquire about fitting a set of Conti Road Attacks to me bike and I was a little taken aback by the quote of £210 fitted, ride in ride out. I'd understand if it were top line Dunlops or Pirellis.
Now I can get the tyres for £140 delivered and fit them myself but I don't have balancing facilities. Do ATS and the like do bike wheel balancing? Is there anywhere within the region (preferably at the end of a nice winding road :) ) that can do them a little more "reasonably"? Where do you get yours? cheers, Carl |

Re: Cheap(er) Tyres?
Check out B&C Performance Tyres in Farnworth, Bolton, just off the A666. I use them all the time and a few of the other guys here have too, all to rave reviews. Not sure how far away they are from you, but its nice weather and could be a good ride out too! Call them on 01204 577333 and tell them Mark with the SV recommended you.
