Re: Motorbike Alarm for sale
Piontless i think. Just made me chuclke, along with bike locating function. I mean if you cant remember where you parked your bike....
Alarms are as good as the instalation. Fitted well, they will last a long long while. WHoever buys it, remember, solder all joints, wrap the wires in tape in a loom style and heat shrink over the soldered joints. |
Re: Motorbike Alarm for sale
Is the wiring loom for a K6 SV then?
|
Re: Motorbike Alarm for sale
Well when you purchase it he asks what bike you have and sends the correct alarm out with sv650 instructions so i believe so.

Re: Motorbike Alarm for sale
So it wouldn't help me on my ZX7R...
 |
Re: Motorbike Alarm for sale
Looking through it i believe the alarm is generic but the instructions given to you are customised to your bike. So peeps could always email him for different instructions.
It would be mad to have different alarms for different bikes because how would they know whether they would sell or not. This alarm involves cutting wires such as +12ve, ignition wire, indicator wire etc and reconnecting through the alarm. Looks simple enough. |
Re: Motorbike Alarm for sale
does it have an imobiliser mate?

Re: Motorbike Alarm for sale
What's the overtake warning? I'm intrigued.
