Knee guards
I wanted to buy a pair of knee guards. I've checked on the web and so far kind of like the following three:
-Forcefield MX Extreme Impact Knee/Shin protector http://www.tprobodyarmour.co.uk/mtb_protectors.asp -Bionic SX Knee Guard http://www.alpinestars.com/Bionic_SX.../p/650637.html -Dainese Knee V http://www.kneedraggers.com/details/...V--614093.html Any suggestions:confused:? Anyone out there who wears one of the above? Thanks, |
Re: Knee guards
I take it you're aware they are for motorcross ?
road use you'll find internal armour on leathers is well up to the job, with the added benefits of all over friction protection as well. Cheers Mark. |
Re: Knee guards
I recently had a spill and was wearing all the right gear including a back protector as well. My boots were quite good too - BUT unfortunately when I 'flew' off the bike, I landed on my left knee. Now that I am back to the point where I can ride and got another bike :); want to play safe for my knees as well. This the reason why I am looking for knee protectors.

Re: Knee guards
I bought the following from Dainese quite a while back (almost same time as my posting). My boots are also Dainese (Torque Out); both of these work really well together.

Re: Knee guards
Not again! I tried putting the image using 'Insert Image' and putting the urls. Anyway, the name is Dainese Knee V and the boots are Dainese Torque Out.
