i hit 140 mph (225.3 km/h) in my k7 last night
 

yes i thought the the top speed was 133 mph but i hear the k7's can hit 140 cuz of ECU tuning .. i know i did last night on a straight away over a bridge.. maybe the speedo is off but it said 140 mph and i have the naked model non s version.. my k7 is stock btw and i tried this before on a 2000 model carburated and could only hit 130

funnily enough my Triumph Thunderbird Sport can do that to, great for down the pub talk, but I'd refrain from racing any supersport bikes mind :D

it could have been a optomistic speedo...or over reving on standard gearing. (but i bet it was fun)...

My K5 indicated £148 on a runway, a while back.....
My uncles K3 Gixxer hit 180 lol, :D

Yeah 148 im very light though weighing in at a massive 9st... it took a while but it did it,
