Any good? Views and opinions? Is it worth the £112 for a bike used on the road daily or is the 'improved performance' not really worth it?

No not at all.

Buy a larger rear sprocket..up two teeth...and away you go.:mrgreen:

Heard good things about supersprox..havent sold any though. Renthall are very good..sell plenty of those especially the black anodised ones. Black is the new erm...black!!

ok, next question to go with the new sproket....'X' ring or 'O' ring chain? (and what's the difference???????:confused:
