Newbies be warned.
 
Just been for a ride and the Autumn leaves are starting to fall.

Newbies remember, LEAVES + MOISTURE = VERY VERY SLIPPERY.

If someone had told me when I was sixteen about bright sunny days in Autumn with tree lined shaded bends it would have saved me a bent frame.

Ah, but would you have listened? And would you be so careful in those shaded bends now if you had never bent that frame? Sometimes newbies need to crash! :shock: .....

....but for christs sakes do it in a manner where you can get up unaided, pick up the bike, then call yourself a pr1ck.
