Body fat scales
How accurate are body fat scales?
I'm convinced that mine are lying to me. |

Only really useful for comparing yourself from day to day. And then only if you do it at them same time and same body state. In my opinion of course. I've managed to get variations of 4% from day to day by being dehydrated, or full of food etc.
Why, how fat did they say you were? |

Check that it's set to female and non-athlete. And it's got your correct height programmed in. If that's OK check the batteries, the readings are even dodgier when they're going flat. |

Well I don't know about this new fangled technology, I just go with if you can pinch more than an inch then your too fat.
