Well I hope going to main stream doesn't ruin him too much, I do find him funny to, and Ricky Gervais. Though I did never like the office...

I had heard they had got the "Born in Scotland but moved to Canada as a child" actor that played the Scottish doctor in Stargate Atlantis for this part.

Oh well Pegg is better than many, but I dont see him as Scotty

Well i do like pegg & star trek so two reasons to go see it when released, having said that surely theres a sweaty sock actor who could play scotty...
