SV Tank Protector - Removal

Anyone have any enlightened suggestions on how to remove a tank protector?? I bought one of those nice clear ones the other day and managed to completely botch the installation of it. Couple of air bubbles down on the bottom section and it now looks hideous. Want to remove it minus any layers of nice shiny paint so suggestions welcome !! cheers,

I'm glad you expanded on your first post haha, didn't know what you meant. So, standard hairdryer, heat it up and just peel off ?? No water, soap etc etc, just hairdryer ??

yep warm up and peel off, any left over sticky stuff will come off with wd40.
