i could not get online last night as tiscalli was broke (did you miss me)

any who........... i phoned them and the recorded message said

" having problems in the south east should be sorted by 8.30pm you can e-mail us if you are having problems"

is wales in the south east?
10.30 still not working
how the **** can i e-mail them is i cant get online

I've recently signed up with Tiscali and it has taken over a month for them to come and install the TV box and wireless router!!!!! After placing the order on the 20th Sept I booked an appointment for 6th Oct for installtion, nobody came. I called Tiscali and was told ther had been a fault with the online booking system and I would be called back within 24hrs. No call. I called again 3 days later, still a fault, one week later, still a fault etc. After many a phone call I finally get an appointment for today between 3pm and 6pm, it remains to be seen as to whether anybody turns up. I would go with a different provider, however my gaff is in a block of 8 flats and as yet no cable or SAT services have been installed so they are my only choice. :(
