s.a.d
does anyone have any experience of the seasonal adjustment disorder? and can it really affect people dramatically?

Re: s.a.d
I have been moody this week, but I put it down to stress at work.
Doesn't really help you does it. I'll get my coat |
Re: s.a.d
I get crappy when its gloomy, but as long as its warm I'm ok. I think I'm affected by tempurature more than anything. But when the light levels are low, I do become tired alot more easily. A physiological symptom of SAD perhaps, but no psychological ones.

The Lads @ work want to know who kidnapped Me from work and replaced me with an utter bar steward...
but all was well at knock off time... Roll on Monday! |
Re: s.a.d
I've not been diagnosed with it but i sure as hell suffer from it.
If its sunny but cold, no matter how cold, i'm in a positive mood and can get out of bed. if its grey/rainy then i dont wanna get out of bed and feel so low its silly but i call in sick and spend the day (almost all of it) asleep. I really should buy one of those daylight bulbs and see if they make a difference but you know....all this swining thru the urban jungle fighting crime means i dont have time for bulb shopping :D |
Re: s.a.d
