I recently bought Billys old subframe for me curvey all powdercoated and looking good and was just wondering if I will need a torque wrench for when I come to fit it ?

Re: Subframe fitting
Well, when you think there are only 4 bolts keeping that connected to the rest of the bike, you want to make sure they are good and tight:)
So I'd say YES! |
Re: Subframe fitting
I'd say so long as you're not a complete spacker then no

Re: Subframe fitting
Interesting. I've just looked at my "official" manual and it doesn't list the subframe torque settings anywhere. Or the rear subframe for that matter!
List of torque setting that you may be able to print off though. http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...uesettings.jpg |
