On the back of the crank arm should be the model or part number, so you can use that to ascertain the model crank you have Then you can search for a suitable crank arm fixing bolt as its called |

TBH I've had similar problems with road cranksets, the tensioning bolt thingy are different diameters and lengths. Unfortunately all my cranksets are road cranksets, so no use to you, but I'll see if... |

Both my mum and my wife's Mum went through this, before they passed away. Luckily my mum still recognised me up to the end, and was a gentle dementia sufferer, but it was horrible to watch her... |
