It does indeed.
They're the same colour as the cowl (if you zoom in on the photo you can see them where the grab handles would be). The bracket bolts into the same fixing points as the grab handle.

Yep, very much for a 650 - it's what it's pictured on.
(and don't worry, you'd be amazed how many people think it's a thou with the exhaust after the 650 stickers were taken off)
