Hi what are you trying to do?
Any drawings of what you are thinking, traditional flattish cafe racer hump seat or more Ducati style seat sweeping up.
I assume clip-on bars, maybe bikini fairing....

Sorting out a hinge for the tank I used 2mm plate so I could bend it for adjustment and now alignment is good I can start gusseting to add strength and rigidity. The tank is looking a little worse...

I found a stepped big bore system for a gen2 online from china.
Has anyone fitted a gen2 system to a gen 1?
I am trying to get as much power as I can from my single carb/TB...

Just got a tiny motorcycle from the dump shop $25. already spent over $50 on new tyres.
Hope to get it started tomorrow (we'll see)
Its for my 3 year old grand son I think he will take an interest.

I made my own for my gen1 Dog bones, ratio on gen 1 is almost linear 3:1. 10mm longer is 30mm drop. I fitted a slightly shorter shock and needed a shorter dogbone to raise and restore the height.

It wasn't a real concern in the design, the shape works for me. I surprisingly find it comfortable and no bum discomfort at all, but my carpel tunnel kicks in pretty fast but it does on any bike...

yes it's a lithium battery under the hump. if you look at my first post picture of the bike on the dyno you can see the battery position. It feels like a empty plastic box it's so light.

Only 2 were made I bought this one I bought from a wrecker yard about 15years ago...
