as said you might have tightened the bolt too much. if all else fails shave a bit off the pedal to bolt hole surface.

have you checked that the pedal moves freely before attaching the MC rod?

but if like me you have had the bike since new (1000 miles on clock) i use a flush every other oil change to help stop the potential of gumming behind the piston rings.

if you greased the pivot it could be the grease causing stiction. IIR i had the same problem.

remedy is to remove the MC link rod from the cleat and give the pedal a good old push and wiggle till...

i would check to make sure that someone is not tapping into your power. take a reading at the meter before you go home or the day before "closed day" and turn everything off at the consumer unit....

its a different connector from the ones behind the radiator. the connector you are looking for is under the instrument cluster inside the front upper fairing (noise cone).

try turning the tickover screw up. or it could be missing. its a black plastic knob with long wire with a plunger on the end that connects to the carbs. the black knob sits in the frame trellis.

i think he/she is on about the connection sleeve. its a fibrous tube that goes between the sleeves on the exhaust joints.

yes you can buy them from suzuki.

stainless lines wont help the braking performance. you'll just have to think ahead more. there should be a calliper plate that you can get for those callipers that allow you to use 4 pot callipers...
