Don't we all know about that one ! I had one or two 3 year or so pay freezes in my time and of course when you do get a rise you are just catching up where you were before or maybe not even that.

Yes, I take your point ,but it isn't something somebody buying a used EV wants to have to get sorted out . They just want to be able to drive the vehicle with everything working.
