i used to have a loud can on my bike, then i realised what an effin din it makes, even at idle, so much so that my house was vibrating when i drove into the garage. i then thought about how:
a) it was illegal so i shouldn't have one anyway
b) how everyone else must have appreciated it at 8am, 12 midnight, whatever
then i got rid of it and put the standard one back, lot better!
there's an idiot down the road who's constantly out on his TL1000 / KTM / Suzuki Bandit up and down the street, with open cans on. let me tell you, when you work nights, like my other half does, it becomes less agreeable by the second.
instead of the "f**k it" attitude, how about you give some consideration to others.
