I think Euro emissions regulations cover this and in 2007 all bikes will come ready fitted with shotguns...
My commute involves a bit on the A1M in North Yorkshire which generally isn't too bad apart from the nobheads who have left getting into the nearside lane at Wetherby too late... One recently had the view that bikes took up zero space which was a little irritating.
To be fair most of the drivers up this way are quite good with bikes but then we don't have the congestion problems of those of you living down south...
