on yer bike

Hi,

I'm a bit of a newbie, having only just got a sv650s k6 a few weeks ago, now I've been looking at upgrading my exhaust, but most of the systems I've seen say k4-k5, is there any reason why they will not work on a k6 as they are the same shape and specs (as on the ixil website does have a space for k6 exhausts, but it has less exhausts, with no twin cans etc, which are only k5 and before).

Another thing, I am unsure on what "O2 feedback control" is, would this be affected by fitting a different can? on some websites when searching for this it says that there is a sensor in the exhaust that ajusts the performance to give out the best emmisions, but on searching this forum I read that there is no sensors in the exhausts. so I dont want to cut off my exhaust, cutting off something vital to the bikes running, and I am worried of doing anything without some advice first, as this is all too confusing for me, if anyone could clear all this up for me, I'd be very grateful, cheers
