Thats what I think hes going to try and do to. I don't know if I would want to win a championship that way, but it shows he has a racing brain if thats the tactic he takes.
I think the trouble is if Rossi is in the lead and Hayden sits in 2nd place, he is going to have to battle with Capirossi, Melandri and Pedrosa. Also if they havent fixed that clutch in his bike and he gets a dodgy start and ends up mid pack he's got an awful lot of work to do to catch up again, it makes his job IMHO harder. especially if Rossi gets in front and disappears off into the distance.
I read in MCN ( whether its true or not ) that Hayden has said that HRC have a whole fleet of people working on his clutch problem in order to try and fix it.
