Have used it once to create an image of a Windows XP installation, worked fine for me. TBH i'm not even sure what else it can be used for - i only used it after a quick google search for a program that would do what I was trying to do.
I didn't leave it installed though, used it once then got rid. Mind you, I soon got shut of EVERY bit of Norton software on my PC cos they were slowing it down waaaay too much.
I'd happily use it again if the need arose though.
