It's a car with the door removed, the picture's been about for a few years.
Re: clutch lever, the adjustable ones for the SV thou' and most other adjustable levers won't fit as they're for Hydraulic clutches. But as mentioned above you should be able to fit the clutch lever and the perch it attaches to from another bike provided it's cable operated.
