Teenage burglars instead of being sent to jail are being made to paint posters of "Things they want to steal".
These are then posted around town to warn home owners what Items are at risk and should be hidden away from view in case a burglar strikes....
Here's a better idea...why don't you lock up the burglars you just caught instead of getting them to paint pictures about it and sending them back out with a freshly painted shopping list.....
Good grief.
If I had my way these people would be send down mine on minimum wage, 90% of it goes towards paying the victim costs+compensation, 10% goes into a small pot to give them something when they got out assuming they behaved
