A month ago, swapped my insurance from Bennett's to e-bike
£140 cheaper per year
Phoned Bennett's 2 days before policy ran out to cancel,
they still took the money out and sent me the insurance policy
,
I phoned again to explain and they informed me that the money would be refunded.
4 weeks later after many phone calls, the money has not reappeared.
all though they have said that if i send in a copy of any bank charges that I have en-cured, they will have a look at it and reimburse me
It looks like I have many phone calls to go to retrieve my money, I just wanted to let you all know,
Dont leave it too late before you cancel you're insurance
