Only ever seen it in my pre-biking days (ie anything over 3 months ago)
I dont think it would make me ride any different - I think my own "mini-off" has more bearing than what happened to anyone else.
as the saying goes "cack happens" (thanks Kinvig now I know that word doesnt get filtered :P) and I could get knocked down crossing the street.
