IIRC fully floating discs are actually not road legal either. I could be wrong though.
I had prolites on my old hornet and hated them. They rusted at the slightest hint of moisture in the air and then when pushed hard on the track they would transfer soo much heat through the pads they boiled the fluid(castrol SRF The best stuff avaliable anywhere)
