Thanks Carsick, but not really what I was looking for.
The ones I wanted were the ones that are made purely for asthetic purposes - they look damn flash but serve no useful purpose.
Similar idea in mech terms to the reverse rotors but with far more gears.......the rim is actually attached to a non rotating hub via the gears...... eg the gears serve the purpose of the spokes (to hold the rim off the hub) and the rotating aspect of the hub (eg the hub has no bearings in it, the rim rotates around the hub)
