that link is so funny, the science they're applying is half right. But they're completely misunderstanding how gyroscopic forces work! they claim a bike isn't stable even at speed....erm yeah thats why i keep my foot down while on the motorway. By having reverse-spinning brake discs they're not decreasing the gyro forces acting on the bike at all, it works the same way whichever way the wheel/brake disc is spinning (if the force acted in one way only a regular bike would tip over). So all they're doing is adding weight to the wheel with the gear system they made, which increases the inertial forces, which makes their wheel harder to turn.
